Effective date: March 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Bycon (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Transport Management System and related services (the “Services”), including when we send you text messages. By using the Services or providing your information to us, you agree to this Policy unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the Services:

  • Contact and identity data: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, employer or contracting organization, and similar identifiers.
  • Account and authentication data: usernames, credentials, role, and security-related information.
  • Transportation and operations data: schedules, trips, routes, pickup and drop-off information, vehicle or driver assignments, timesheets, and related operational records needed to provide transportation or workforce management.

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Schedule and coordinate transportation and related workforce activities;
  • Send transactional, operational, and service-related messages (including SMS) such as trip updates, reminders, and security notices;

  • Comply with law, regulatory requirements, and lawful requests; and
  • With appropriate consent where required, send marketing or promotional communications (you may opt out as described in those messages or below).

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we will use your mobile number to send the types of messages described at the point of opt-in (for example, trip notifications or account alerts). Message frequency varies based on your use of the Services and your preferences.

We do not sell your phone number or use it for unrelated third-party marketing without your consent where such consent is required.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist us (e.g., hosting, messaging/SMS delivery, mapping, analytics, customer support) under contractual obligations to protect data;
  • Transportation partners or your organization, where necessary to deliver the Services you or they have requested;
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or security;
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information as the term “sale” is commonly defined in U.S. state privacy laws.
